Double Spiral Brooch

The Double Spiral is one of four designs I created one afternoon while playing around with a woven silver circle.  The sculptural gold form becomes a brooch when a stickpin is used as the attachment mechanism (view illustrated instructions showing how to use the stickpin to attach the brooch).  Change the look of your brooch by changing the stickpin.  Or wear a stickpin by itself.  See additional stickpins, consider the possibilities.

The Grand Double Spiral can also be worn as a scarf pin, controlling the folds of the silk without piercing the silk.  I like to smoke-ring a rectangular scarf around my neck, with one end hanging down the front and the other hanging down the back, all kept in place by the Double Spiral placed high on my shoulder.

The Petite Double Spiral Brooch is also wearable as a pendant/slide on pearls or beads, silk cording and gold chains.

Both sizes of the Double Spiral offer you many options.
